Special Interests

I work with clients from 11 - 65 years old. I work well with clients experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, stress, life transitions, career counseling, and family issues. I also work with couples using relational self-awareness to foster a greater understanding, communication, and intimacy. While my experience as a teacher and soccer coach gives me insight into preteen and teen issues, my experience in marketing reinforces my understanding of the difficulties we face in balancing work, life, and personal happiness.

I offer a person-centered approach and enjoy integrating techniques from mindfulness-based therapies, reality and acceptance therapies, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and relational therapy. This way, I can meet you where you are in your mental health journey and provide guidance that fits your needs.
